The company is located in Binhai Industrial Park, Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Supported by airports, high-speed railways and ports within the regional economic belt, it enjoys convenient transportation and a pleasant working environment.

The new factory was completed and put into production in March 2025 with an estimated total investment of RMB 200 million. It mainly engages in the production, research and development of automotive fans. Covering a land area of over 10,000 square meters and a building area of more than 40,000 square meters, the factory employs over 100 staff, among whom R&D and management personnel account for more than 15%.

The company obtained the IATF16949 quality system certification in 2020, and has successively been certified as a National High-tech Enterprise, National Technological Enterprise and Zhejiang Provincial Specialized, Refined, Unique & Innovative Enterprise. Led by local government and mainly promoted by Shanghai Securities, the company has been listed on the Zhejiang Equity Exchange Center (the New Fourth Board) under the short name "Dongxin Technology" with stock code: 804735.

At present, the company supplies supporting products for well-known domestic first-tier manufacturers, including Shaanxi Automobile Group, Daimler Domestic Mercedes-Benz Heavy Trucks, JAC Motors, Foton Motor, FAW, YTO Group, SDLG, Sinotruk, Kaima Automobile, Dongfeng Motor, King Long, XCMG and Lovol.

: Its main products cover a full range of series including automotive air conditioning blowers, evaporator fans, cooling fans and brushless fans, which serve as core supporting components for automotive air conditioning systems and engines.

: The company has completed the upgrade of supporting products for China National VI emission standard vehicles, which meet the requirements of OEMs and are now available for mass production.
